        Note: Presumably the King’s Men performed it at the Globe Theatre. There is no evidenc of its performance. By 1614, it had been presumably performed when scene 12 was the basis of an annecdote for an anonymous murder pamphlet A Horrible, Cruel, and Bloody Murder, printed by George Eld for John Wright. Following the Lord Chamberlain’s records (1669), it had been peformed at the Blackfriars.
